This Privacy Policy explains how GoForYou (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use the GoForYou mobile application and website (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

Short version: we collect only what we need to run the Service, we encrypt your data, we never ask for your TikTok password, and we never sell your personal information.

• Account information: your email address and password (stored hashed) when you register, or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google.
• TikTok public data: the TikTok username you provide and publicly available profile information (display name, avatar, follower/following/like counts). We never request or store your TikTok password.
• Usage data: tasks completed, coins earned and spent, boost orders created, and in-app interactions.
• Device data: device model, operating system, app version, language and crash logs, used for diagnostics.
• Purchase data: transaction records from the app store when you buy coins or Pro (we do not receive or store your full payment card details).

• To operate the coin, task and boost systems;
• To match your content with community members for engagement;
• To process purchases and manage Pro subscriptions;
• To prevent fraud, bots and abuse of the community;
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests;
• To improve the Service through aggregated, anonymized analytics.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only:

• Within the community: your public TikTok username and content links are visible to other users as part of engagement tasks — this is how the Service works;
• With service providers who help us operate (hosting, analytics, payment processing), bound by confidentiality obligations;
• For legal reasons, if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users;
• In a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition, where data may transfer as a business asset.

We protect your data with industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, hashed passwords, access controls and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information and will notify you of any breach as required by law.

We keep your data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. You can delete your account at any time from the app’s settings or by contacting us — we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.

Depending on your location (including under the GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to:

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
• Request deletion of your data;
• Object to or restrict certain processing;
• Export your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@goforyou.app. We respond to all verified requests within 30 days.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

The Service interacts with third-party platforms, including TikTok (public data), Google (sign-in) and app stores (payments). Their privacy policies govern the data they process. GoForYou is not affiliated with TikTok or ByteDance Ltd.
